About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to help shape how the organisation works by driving the adoption of agentic AI solutions at scale. You will work at the forefront of enterprise transformation, enabling AI-powered ways of working and ensuring people, processes, and governance evolve together to deliver lasting impact.
Working closely with technology teams, P&C and senior business leaders, you will lead the people side of change—navigating organisational impact, building capability, and accelerating the rollout of autonomous, AI-driven workflows across multiple business units. This is a unique opportunity to help embed AI into everyday operations and influence how the organisation operates into the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change initiatives using effective change strategies and clear, consistent messaging to support awareness and adoption.
- Develop and deliver high-quality change communications, engagement activities, and staff events.
- Provide a consolidated view of change impacts across the project portfolio, ensuring a coordinated approach to change delivery.
- Plan, develop, deliver, and track change management activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Design and deliver change artefacts including communications, training plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, change impact assessments, organisational readiness assessments, coaching, and resistance management plans.
- Partner with leaders and teams at all levels to support smooth and effective implementation of change.
- Act as a trusted change advisor, supporting leaders to successfully lead and embed change.
About You
- Proven experience delivering change management across complex, enterprise-scale programs.
- Strong background supporting technology-led transformation, ideally including AI, data, or digital initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
